工作說明：

1. Supervise GHA and ensure the ground services are standardized with the company standard and policy.

2. Monitor GHA smooth handle aircraft turn-around operations.

3. Guarantee ground handling safety and security.

4. Customer complaint handling.

5. Mishandling baggage services and compensation negotiation.

6. Flight Irregular handling.

7. Deliver high quality of airport services.

8. Prepare and submit reports required by the company.
